Take the Test

Do as many pushups as you can. This test gives us a starting point to create a workout plan specifically tailored to you.

Choose a Difficulty

Hard, Extreme, or Impossible. Difficulty determines how rigorous your training program will be and how long it will take to complete it.

Plan Your Schedule

You must workout 3 days a week with rest days in between. Every workout can be completed within 20 minutes.

Don't Give Up

Each workout consists of 5 sets. Rest time and the number of pushups you do will vary. Adjust the difficulty or repeat a week, just don't give up!

What is a Push-up?

A common calisthenics exercise beginning from the prone position. By raising and lowering the body using the arms, push-ups exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps, and anterior deltoids, with ancillary benefits to the rest of the deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole. Push-ups are a basic exercise commonly used in physical education and military physical training.
